Four Seasons Wines have come up with this amazing concept of combining brilliant food and the finest wines together. They have collaborated with some outstanding placing all over the country to deliver the experience to as many wine lovers as possible. The menu is well defined combining a 3 course or a 5 course meal with an exquisite range of wines by Four Seasons which brings out the best in both the food and the blissful drink. The spread is carefully prepared by the chefs and the wines are cautiously paired by the experts.
I had the Gourmet Indulgence experience at Fava, UB City. The ambiance was breathtaking, and the fountain made the place look even more exquisite. The spread was of a delicious 3 course meal with fine wine.
We started the night with some Lavosh with spicy tomato dip.
Appetizer – Plated Crabmeat Hummus, with avocado, tomato, onion, chilly, roasted cumin, green coriander and lime. The delightful carbmeat over hummus gave it a tricky taste. Paired with Sauvignon Blanc. The combination was truly a treat.
Main Course- Moroccan Honey, Cumin & Lemon Chicken with couscous, baby carrot and saffron garlic dip. Paired with Viognier, I tried it with Blush too and I enjoyed both the combinations in a unique way.
