Four Seasons Wines is one of the most satisfying yet classy wines that I have had the pleasure of having. The colour, the taste and the essence of this drink is what has made me an ardent follower of this beautifully crafted drink. Last weekend Four Seasons launched the curtain raiser for the event ‘Four Season Gourmet Indulgence’ and I was lucky enough to be a part of it. The event took place at the Tower Kitchen, UB City, a beautiful place in the heart of the city.
The event consisted of pairing some of the finest Gourmet with Four Seasons Wines for a three course dinner. The food was carefully prepared for this occasion by the chefs of the partnered outlets; it was a truly mesmerizing gourmet experience. It was quite a treat for the food connoisseurs and at the same time, a challenge for the chefs to prepare their meals in accordance with the wines and they did not disappoint. The way the food blended with the wine was truly mesmerizing.

at the ‘Prost’
. I had a delightful afternoon, full of food, fun and frolic with the top food connoisseurs of Bangalore. My encounter of the day is what this blog is all about.
Located in the heart of the city, ‘Prost’, in Koramangala is a place where you can choose to either spend an evening to unwind or have a good get-together with old friends from college and share the insane nights you’ve spent doing crazy things.
